Mark was great to work with and made the purchase of our new home go smoothly! We were living in MN at the time and were unable to get to MI to look at homes. He went to the homes we were interested in, videotaped them for us, and then sent them to us to look at. Once we made a decision he worked quickly to get our offer in so we wouldn't lose the house to another buyer. Since we purchased a new construction home there were some options we needed to choose. The thing that really stuck out to me was how he always had my best interests at heart.  When we were looking for my next home we found one that was listed For Sale By Owner.  The seller absolutely would not pay a commission and did not want a realtor involved so Mark graciously stepped aside and encouraged me to look at it.  It was my dream home and though Mark stood to make nothing from this transaction, he still helped me behind the scenes to get it.  He prepared comparable sales so I’d understand the market, what to offer and what that home might appraise for.  He looked over the contract and made sure there was nothing in it that could hurt me.  He even personally scheduled the home inspection with his preferred inspector to make sure I didn’t have any unforeseen issues.  I got the home and I’m very happy!
